Not your Hollywoood cry.

Clair Danes, in my opinion, got casted because of her chin quiver . . . you know, her face just before she cries . . .she has a two thumbs up chin quiver, better than anyone I know!

Otherwise, the trick to crying for the camera is to look lovely doing it . . with big o'l eyes, and some tears, quietly, lovely . . .

I would never get casted. I cry ugly. I mean, scrunched up face, squeals like a runt pig, U.G.L.Y.

Even when I'm trying to hold it together, it isn't pretty.

Well . . . then the challenge lately since I've been interpreting for worship and such and have been so hormonally challenged.

The songs just GET TO ME . . . and, well,

it's just not pretty.

It'll have to do for now.

It's a good thing I don't have to try to sing as well!!!

Oh, she really is quite good at that. I can do it every once in awhile, but only when I'm trying SO HARD to not sob loudly. Then when the dam breaks it's the runt pig thing like you talked about. :)

Yes, yes, call me piglet!

Well, I know what you mean about signing the song service. It just about kills me sometimes, because I feel it is very personal to interpret worship.

And I try hard not to cry too.

And I'm not even pregnant!

And did you notice, she even wipes her nose with the back of her hand gracefully? Goodness, who can do that?

I didn't realize you are preggo! Congrats! Sometimes emotions just overwhelm a person to tears...I'm one of those people.

She is good at that quiver, isn't she? Mine's not so lovely, sloppy, snotty...yeah, nothing you want to see on the big screen!

I came to visit because of Rosemarie. I'm glad I did! Thank you for doing what you do.

I'm with you on the crying thing. When I even think of crying, my nose lights up as red as a fire engine even before any tears fall. And I seem to think of crying often!

Once I start, my mouth does funny-looking things and I clench everything tightly to keep it all inside. I don't know why I try. It never works anyway! I just end up with a blotchy face that lasts about an hour.

Worship can trigger it, ANYTIME someone else cries will set me off, and even when I think about things that made me cry in the past will do it. Ai yi yi!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one...sometimes it sure feels like it.
