Wow - what a difference! Not the ideal diet plan, though, I take it.

wow, he doesn't look well, I am sorry he is struggling. The weight loss looks wonderful however, just a hard way to have to lose it.

just wanted you to know i'm praying for you, halfway across the world!

Let God's glory shine in you. though we are jars of clay, God's glory is within us. Because God is in us and is with us, we always have hope as long as we live. you are loved! :-)

2 Cor 4:6-9 "For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed."
